Wow. I can ever so relate. Its week 5 for me. The only way I could drink that stuff is 100ml of milk, 100ml hot cocoa unsweet, add sweetner, and chocolate protein suppl. I add unflavoured protein to cereals. I find it mask it well. I learned to shake or Stur 1 minute after I think its enough

In Timmins Ontario. just got out 3 days ago. surgery was last friday. I'm struggling with the taste of the protein supplement and nausea. maybe not doing it all right. but not easy to get the protein in cause of that.
