I finally hit 60 pounds today....I am so excited about it......

I was scared s******* and now I'm 3 months out this still worried about my life some days. It was a very hard decision for me but I was looking at pre diabetic that's what change my mind. I have 2 kids that I worry about not having their mom so I made the choice to be healthy. And so are you is great is your fixing to start this journey just remember to trust your self. I'm lost 50 pounds in 3 months and I can't believe it. I truly did every day diet that was out there bought every exercise equipment there was join a gym Was on Weight Watchers lost the weight then gain the weight. Even though I have struggled for the last 3 months I know this was the best decision for me and my family and my health. If you need someone to talk to feel free to contact me. I can drink milk.....but I met someone in a ggroup that use to drinks milk and now she can't drink anything milk related after the surgery.....I AM sorry....I have the worst nausea ever....on everything....I AM 3 months out and still that nausea medicine everyday.....good luck

I AM A FEW days away from 3 months and finally hit 50 pounds......plus not in the 200 anymore......I have struggle on this discussion .....but when I step on the scale this morning I was 198 ....I wanted to jumph up for joy......it is the hardest thing that I ever done but so worth it in the long run......

I finally hit 198 today....I am so happy to see a 1-- again..... It made this whole thing worth it...

My doctor told me to wait 4 weeks too....that is what I did.....good luck

I understand completely.....I still take Zofran.....everyday and I had ny surgery in Sept. When I drink or eat it hurts .....but my doctor told me that 3 percent of people who have the surgery.....will be like that for up to 6 months.....I can tell you I will be 3 months on the 12th and it is just now getting better....not the best ...but better...I just make sure I take my pill every day.....good luck

I was and am like that....I am 3 months out

I never knew it would be this hard....I read a lot before I had the surgery but I never heard all the problems..... I have constipation all the time....I was the most normal bathroom person now I hardly ever go.... I have nausea all the time...if I don't take my medicine I can't eat. My doctor said that some people have it for the first 3 months. I am 2 months out so I'm hoping it's going to stop. It's hard for me to get my liquids and protein in. It's a battle everyday. But all in all I've lost 40 pounds I'm back in 2 clothes I haven't been in 4 years so I gotta get through this first few months and maybe it will get better.....

Today is 2 month I am down 40 pounds.....I can't believe it only been two months....it feels like it has only been 10 minutes...... underwater....lol it has been such a long journey.....but diabetes is no longer in my future.....so I am happy about that.

I put an event together today for my work....it was a memorial service for our hospice patients...I have put together so many events but I got so ill about stupid stuff....I hate last minute stuff but today it felt like I was going crazy inside....which is so unlike me.....I don't under stands.....even though the event went off with out a problem.....everyone loved it.....I thought any moment something was going to ho wrong....URG!!!!@

I waited til 4 weeks out....it was fine. No problems...

Has anyone had issues with their temper....I have such a short fuse and stupid stuff piss me off....I am not that type of person....but I get sick of hearing people bitch about the same stuff.....plus my kids not listening gets to me....I don't know what is wrong with me ....I am normally the happiest person ever....but I am not anymore....I don't know why....

I ate some 3 weeks out and I thought I was going to die..... it got stuck in my pouch....I have it blended with yogurt or something but not alone again......I am 6 weeks out now and still scared to have it plain

Same thing happen to me......I did not have it but day after surgery I did and one month later I did too....I small 5 weeks out

Does anyone know when were allowed to get in a hot tub? I am 3 weeks out I would love to get in the hot tub or bathtub

So I went to my One month appt and the doctor have me the ok....I just went in it....omg....it was wonderful

I Understand completely this iS the hardest thing For me too. I Feel sick thinking about eatting and nausea anytime I eat too.

Has any one been in an in airplane since there surgery.....I am 3 weeks out and my aunt is not doing well....
