Have you tried the whey protein powder at Walmart they are like 20 dollars and come in different favors. I enjoyed the chocolate with fat free milk.

I would get different samples of protein packets for your shakes. From your local vitamin shops. And maybe order on from the bariatric shops. Cause our taste for everything changes after surgery. So what taste good now might not after.. As for vitamin Gastric bypass patients we have to take vitamin for the rest of our life's.. My doctor recommend's chewable. I take flintstones,bariatric advantage calcium citrate. Bariatric advantage sublingual b12.. But your doctor should recommend what he wants you to take as far as vitamin.. I was addicted to soda.. When I went on Optifast I had the worst headache for 9 days.. Surgery was 1 /22/13.. Do not miss soda now. Optifast wasn't to bad-at least I didn't think so.. I only did the shakes and bars. Best of luck
