    Not Trying To Be A Downer But?

    I may not have any of these health issues, but I had bad knee joints and couldn't go one day without my medication. I'm 8 weeks post, haven't taken one single pill of my arthritis medicine, I work out 4days a week and never felt better in my life. Trust God and He'll take care of you.     50 Gone

    It Keeps Getting Better

    As of last Thursday, am 7 weeks out. I started working out at the gym 4 weeks ago. I follow all the numbers on the treadmill closely. When I started, my heart beat rate used to be 165 per minute and I was doing 1 mile in 20 mins, at 2.5 mph. Today my heart beat was 145 per minute, doing 2.6 miles per 40 mins at a 3.7 mph speed! Am hitting my 50 lbs down maybe tomorrow. Everything is getting better. Definitely the best decision ever. Wanted to share this with the wonderful people here. Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk

    100+ To Loose

    I'd sure jump in here. I have 150 lbs to lose after the 50 I just lost. Started at 352 and now 302. My surgery was 8/21/12. My doctor never told me about a goal weight, but I hope I can be 150 but will be ok with 170. Am 5 6 tall Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
