  21. So here's couple photos: the first one was last May at my highest 352 lbs, and the second is today, 8 weeks out and 301 lbs. Didn't know people could notice the difference until I posted the new one on Facebook, and someone whom I haven't seen for years commented that I look great and should keep it up.

    Time For Working Out

    Hi Am 5 weeks post-op. I started working out at the gym about 2 weeks ago. I prefer early morning because am so busy during the day. My question is: is there a prime time for working out? I mean do we burn more if we work out at specific time of the day? Morning? Afternoon? Evening?
