Stomach Feels Like It's Having Spasms?

I am just over a week post op and was doing rather well until last night. I got violently ill. I was vomiting and passing water like stool most of the night. Today, I feel like I have the stomach flu. I went back to just clear liquids but even with water when I take a sip it feels like my stomach just goes crazy. Anyone else had this issue? -

I'll give him a call in the morning then. I only vomited the one time, but the water like stool is still going on. -
I am having surgery on Nov 6th. I am so very nervous. I am confident in my choice to have the surgery. However, I am unsure of how difficult things will be after. I'm sort of a worst case scenerio type girl, if you couldn't tell. My support system here at home is good, but I guess I am just looking for someone to tell me it's going to be ok. Especially, those who have or are going through the same situation.

Had my surgery yesterday. I've done fairly well except for gas pains and no sleep.
