I am about 6 months out. I would do this all over again. I love my new self confidence. I love shrinking out of all my clothes. If you do exactly what they tell you, you will do fine. My Dr. was the best. My best friend spent a couple of days with me to be sure I was good to go. I came home and fixed lunch for those eating folks in the house. I wouldn't go back for anything. Hard to get used to enjoying a bite of something rather than mountains of the food. I love being able to say, just a bite please.
