I actually don't worry about calories so much as I get 60-90 grams of Protein daily and my workout in every day! I also make sure I have had at least 32 oz of Water each day, and get about 6-8 hours of sleep each night! I have found that if I don't follow these rules, my weight loss just totally stalls, and I feel pretty crappy! my superpower is...... -
