Blend until smooth. Nutrition Facts of whey protein and fat free milk 220 Calories 2.5g Total Fat 33g Protein 15g Carbohydrate 85mg Cholesterol 215mg Sodium I recomend that you drink out the blender if you use it to make Protein shakes only because both recipes make 2 tall cups+. (If you can make it through 2 servings of this you will be good to go)
