  1. I made it! My goal was 100 by Christmas and I made it!! Century club, I am here! 40 lbs to goal and I'm not even 5 months out! Feeling fab!! Whoop whoop!!
  2. Feeling great! Loss is slowing but I only have 15lbs to goal. Here's a current pic, morning after surgery pic, and last July right before pre op liquid diet. I lost 31 pre op and am down 124 lbs total. I've been up and down 173-176 most of the month. It's my fault. Lack of exercise and some poor choices. It definitely getting harder but I will get there!

    Coffee

    I drink a 16oz skinny caramel macchiato from Starbucks every day. 140cal 1g fat 11g protein 21g carbs 18g sugar. The carbs are mostly from the milk so my nut said its ok. I tolerate sugar so this is my sugar for the day. Love my Starbucks !!!

    I'm 8 months and struggle to break 70g a day. My go to is usually cheese sticks if I need a boost.

    Meatballs!

    Trader Joes has FABULOUS tomato basil chicken meat balls. Bake for 15. I get their organic vodka sauce with it. Yum!! I wouldn't make any with bread. It just takes up space you need for protein.

    Trader Joes tomato basil chicken meatballs with organic vodka sauce and a few spiral wheat noodles. Yum!!! Family loves it too!!

  11. The pics are now, Christmas, thanksgiving, and 2 weeks preop. I'm down 123 since Jan 2012, surgery July 2012. 16 lbs from goal of 158!!!
  12. Only 19 lbs to goal! I will be seven months out on the 30th. 31 lbs of my loss was pre op. I am in shock. I have done so well. I make mostly good choices. It's getting harder but, NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!! I have to get the exercise piece going and tone. I will have plastics in a few years. I am living and loving my life!! Here's a pic if my ticker and me and my son this morning. Happy Thursday everyone!!
  13. The pink shirt pic was take around July 15 2012. The scrubs was taken on January 30th, my six month anniversary. I've lost 116 lbs. was a sz 24/26 now a 13/14. Lost lots of hair, still am but it's slowing. Having my first true stall. Gotta get that exercise piece going! Have lots of energy. Doing so many great new things. The simple NSVs are the best for sure! I only mildly dump, which kinda sucks. If i have too much of anything I get nauseous and tired. So I just gotta stay strong and diligent. Hope u all are well! I'm gonna try and get on here more and keep myself motivated. : )
  14. I'm down to 188 from 297! That's 109lbs in a years time! I am feeling so great! 30 lbs to my goal weight. No complications. I am sensitive to sugar and have had mild dumping here and there. Carbs are the fight now. Keeping them lower than my protein is a daily challenge. But I succeed most days. I have had a few glasses of wine and done good. Sip it slow and I get a lil buzz for a short time, then it's gone. I just need to get to the exercise and tone up. That's my next challenge. Happy Friday everyone!!

    Five and a half months post op

    Thank you! The jeans in the pic are a 15. They are baggy and I got a pair of Gap jeans in a tight 13 at goodwill yesterday for $8.99!

  19. Feeling great and doing awesome. No complications. I've lost 105 lbs since January. I have 34 lbs to goal. I'm 192 today. I've gone from a 24/26 to a 15/16. 3xl shirts to L or XL. I have been getting snack happy lately so need to curb that. I've been slowly adding exercise. I'm on my way! Here's a pic of me on Xmas eve. I wore a sweater cuz I felt too exposed in just the dress. Lol! Happy new year everyone!!
