Back from the doctors visit in so much pain:( like I suspected I have an infection and she had to re open my incision without numbing it 1st to drain it!!! I thought I was going to pass out!!

Ugh my Sunday has been going awful I woke up with the same pain and finally gave in and went to the ER :/ the did a ct scan and found I'm leaking blood under the incision that's very painful! I got antibiotics more pain meds and seeing my surgeon in the morning where they are more than likely going to drain it!! Ouch

Thank u all for your advice I did call my doctors office and they assured me it was normal and like u all said no fever, bleeding, oozing I should be ok

I called my doctors office and an oncall doc returned my call he said everything sounds ok I'm able to tolerate liquids and using the bathroom regularly so there's no cause for concern but if I develop a fever or vomiting to go in and get checked out.

Hi I need some help I had surgery on Monday and I've been doing good until today I woke up with more pain than usual around the 2nd incision on my left side. The staples look fine and there's no oozing but right above is a knot that is pretty tender!! I live 2hrs away frm the hospital should I get it checked or is this normal??

Had surgery Monday I was still in alot of pain until the drain tube was finally removed what a relief!! I was suppose to go home today but my labs came back with my potassium being too low so I'm here for another nite :/

Hi they were in low 80's but are finally climbing to the 90's after a few treatments. I'm feeling ok I finally got them to change Demerol for morphine now I'm able to walk a lil bit more!

I had My Surgery at 12:45 cst not goin to lié i feel like i got hit by a Bus!!! But I've walked a lil bit which helped alot Goodluck to everyone going in Tomorrow!!
