Has anyone tried trampoline exercises I saw a lot of cool YouTube videos trying to mix it up And find workouts that our not too hard on my joints. Yesterday I did 3mins today I can really feel it lol

Hi September buddies I havent been on here since the fb group but I wanted to take a break from fb so I'm hoping to post more often here. I'm down 81lbs since 9/10/12 but at a stall for awhile im hoping to up my Protein and Water to break it I hope everyone is doing good -
I did 30 mins c2 5k app workout it was really good. I also found a lot of good workout videos at perfect lean body.com she mainly uses just her body as her equipment!!

Dnt worry it probably is Water retention or looming period :/ I was 217 thursday started my period this weekend now showing 219! It sucks but dnt stress it will come down again

Hi fmg to answer your question regarding prednisone after gastric bypass surgery my sister has myasthenia gravis an auto immune disease she had rny 6 years ago and takes prednisone to this day prior and after surgery so I guess it all depends what works for each person but I don't think u will be denied surgery for just that reason Goodluck!

Hi Milan dnt stress tomorrow I'll be a month post-op and only down 15lbs but I've had a little set backs and was unable to exercise right away. I have a 5 and 3 year old and my fave exercise is to put some music on and we all dance around they love it and it doesn't really feel like exercising but I do break a sweat Goodluck! -

Hi Molly1978 yes I have experienced dizziness and alot of nausea in the morning not very fun! Maybe my sugars get too low because they've been low in the am's like 80 or below :/

My period also came early just a few weeks from my last one pretty heavy also mainly I've been experiencing alot of nausea with it :/ I've also read its pretty normal to be irregular for the 1st few months.

Hi I had my surgery 9/10 surgery wt 238 today's wt 224. I'm feeling ok still tired and using pain meds :/ I had an incision that got infected and today my doc told me its an abscess so it's going to take longer to close so my progress will be slow hopefully steady though -
Looking really good is that ur lil baby too cute!!

Hi Jessica I'm 18 days post-op and do feel the burning pain your describing. I thought maybe it was the tape I use for my open incision. It helps me to put a ice pack or frozen veggie pack there for a few minutes I hope u feel better soon!
