I can't believe the changes and how confident I feel. The top left is last week. The top right is two weeks ago and the bottom is when I started this journey to 3 months after surgery. [ATTACH]3630[/ATTACH]

It's been 5 months since I have had my essure and ablation. Recovery time was one day, light bleeding. Was at the gym the next day. No problems so far.

Forgot to post my Friday weigh in. So here is my Monday. HW 297 SW 285 10/15/12 LW 211.4 CW 208.6 My goal is 164 but my surgeon said 170-175.

I had my 6 month appt with my surgeon today. All my lab work turned great. He did tell me to start taking vitamin d though. 86 Lbs lost!

Ok most of us have hit our six month post op. How is everyone doing? Have you tried any new foods? How is your energy? Are you happy with what you have accomplished?

No weight loss this week. I up my protein but didn't work out. Still 217.

I got a membership at premier. The hours are more convenient.

Yeah open face is good. You will be able to have them in no time. Welcome to the losers side.

Yes I would definitely do it again. I have not had any problems and although the weight loss is slow I know it would be slower if I did not have this tool.
