I was 6' im 33 also I shrunk 1" 's I'm now 5'11 I was a size 12 in shoes now I'm a 11w. My heaviest weight was 375 I think my surgery weight was 346 I'm now 272. My surgery date was 7/31/2013. My goal is 180. So far I went from a sz 28 to between a 20 or 22. Txt me n e time 505-514-5880

I went home on oxygen and had to stay an extra night too. I was off the oxygen in a couple of days. I hope you feel better soon. Use deep breaths and you should be off it soon. HW 375 SW 337 CW 322 SURGERY DATE 7/31/13

I'm having a hard time too I'm 10 days post opp and finally went a little yesterday. I read on another thread to put Fiber powder in your shakes and that should help I'm going to try that. Good luck. I have a hard time getting all mt Water in too but I put some crystal light in and 1 finally got a full 16 oz bottle of water in with in and 1hour and a half. I hope you feel better soon! I have gone through everything and they submitted it to insurance and then they came back and said that they want a letter from my primary doctor for medical clearance. I had an ekg in September and they said that was fine at first but now my primary says its too old. I was fine with everything everything and because my doctor wants more money I have to do it again. And on top of that I have to do more blood work. When I signed up for this process they told me I didn't need anything from my primary. No he holds my fate in his hands. Prior to me starting this process he would every address my weight concerns. So I took it in my own hands and its all falling apart. I have non refundable tickets to the Bahamas for labor day that my friend bought be back when they said my surgery would be in June now we are being delayed longer. My major concern is that I won't be able to be healed enough and I won't be able to go. Im so depressed and feel like this is never going to happen.

Hi all I just had my surgery on the 31st. I didn't have a drain or anything. My incisions look great very small. I was walking with in 6 hours of my surgery. I stayed in the hospital for an extra day due to my low blood pressure and low oxygen saturation. They let me go today but I did come home on oxygen. They said this some times happens when on hydrocodien. Ill have a follow up appointment on Monday or Tuesday. But I had thought it would have hurt way more than it has. I would say it's all mild discomfort. I wish everyone luck my last 2 weeks flew by. You all will do great! hw 375 sw 337 surgery date 7/31/13
