my weight was 419 and nmi was 57.9 at first , and on surgery date it was 409 and bmi was like 56.x something.

congrats on the date. it is fun to see clothes that you are going to buy. and whats better then that is buying them after you lost some weight. it felt so nice to buy and wear a shirt that i havent beensble to wear since i was like 20 years old. by the way everyone as you can see on my ticker i am now over my 100 pound mark on losing. im down 102 pounds since i started this. now that weight includes the weight i lost the 2 weeks before surgery to. im hopoing to drop 17 more pounds before july. that would put me below 300 pounds!!!! :tt2:

i know how you feel. i just hit my hal=f way point myself. i had the surgery about 8 months ago and doing great i think. almost at the 100 pound mark also.

this is what we are told at the dr.s office i go to. Protein at least 62 grams a day fat no more then 5 grams per serving carbs no more then 15 per serving. i hope that helps you out and thats also with the vitiems you have to take everyday.

glad to hear your feel is doing good kaninag. well my fill went ok, dr.miles had to stick me 3 times to get it in the right spot. once again the lady marked the wrong spot. he gave me .5cc and i might have to get some took out. i think im like you kaninag. i cant really eat much at all. i tried eatting a piece of grilled chicken breast and i was able to get aout 6 bites down. and that was it. today i had 2 20z bottle water, 8 oz tea, one protein shooter, and about 2 oz of chicken breast. i know i will lose weight this why, but its just to tight.

dont worry abouyt a thing. dont take the pain shot. you dont need it. and lisa is the best one there to give it. your lucky your a woman our your dr would give them to you. let us know how you do. well thanks anyways. :thumbup:

yes the next meeting is on the 16th. im going to be there unless this dame pager goes off. goingt o try and get someone to cover it until i get back. well i got to get in the shower and get ready to go and get my next fill. im just wanting a small fill,like .5cc. im hoping he will do that. i let evreyone know how it goes tonight. and diana, just get back eatting and wroking out right and you will be fine. i wish that was me going to vegas. one day i will be there.

dont worry its not that bad. i didnt mine the full liquids as much as i did the clear liquids. just get hope you like broth and so on for the next 3 weeks.:thumbup: but its all worth it trust me. im got to be at the dr.s office at 2pm to get a small fill tomorrow. hope it gets me back in. can't let kaninag pass me on weight loss. lol j/k i hope you catch me and pass me. by the way you sure was looking great saturday i forgot to say something. i had a great time and need to get zach to host the games at least once a month. i will make sure im there.

welcome to the group here! sorry everyone i havent been on in sometime. i know thats not like me but i have been so busy with work and work and kids. i changed my ticker to show my weight i lost the few weeks before surgery also. so im almost at 100 pounds and feeling good. but im going in tuesday to get a small fill. like a .5cc. i just fell like i need it. hoping thats not to much for now. so hows everyone been doing? i seen kaninag this weekend and she seems to be doing ok. im just going to have to kick her in gear and see if i can help her get back to lossing. also im going to tell everyone about the meet this summer at the next support meeting. then we can set a date and see about the details then. have a great night everyone!

that makes me feel good! :eek: im real sorry i didnt make it. i wanted to be there but had to work at the last minute. but i will be there next month for sure. i want to talk to the plastic surgen. and i think a differnt time would be great. we do need more time togather. i dont see why we couldn't meet at like 9am and then go tothe meeting for everyone at 1030. i hope the unfill helps you out shawna. im sorry you been sick. im thinking i might need a half cc myself. i havent lost anything in a week our 2 and im starting to not get full like i was getting.:crying:
