i have been thinking about seeing a therapist. just for the resaon of losing some much weight and never doing it before. and i still see myself at the heavy weight i was. has it helped you out? and what made you start seing one?

he was dr. ike. and i did like him alot. he was a no bullshit kind of guy. and like he said anyone can do plastic surgery, but only a few people does reconstruction surgery. he also was saying no matter who you go to st least fine someone that has done people with weight loss surgery before. he is the one that done veroinca plastic surgery. thats who i will go and see when i get ready for it. alright thanks. i will see about coming. i know kim want get to. but i might.

well i trie dating after getting the band but my wife put a stop to it for some reason....j/k! i will tell you like i do everyone that ask that question at the support group meetings. if want to tell them do so. and if they have a problem with it then there not right for you. im a straight forward guy and i dont believe in messing around with people. they like me for who i am or theres someone out there that will. and good luck with your weight loss and the new life you are about to have.

well i just cleaned my closet out a few days ago and i have 2 shirts and 2 pair of shorts left. and thats because i got them about a month ago. i have about 7 13 gallon bags full of never going to wear again clothes. my wife stays on me about buying new clothes. i will wear something until i cant wear it no more.

just got back from the gym. had a great work out tonight. i hope EVERYONE else is doing the same! and kaninag, im sorry i didnt get to call you back got real busy. but it dosent look good this coming weekend. im going to take an extra call - trying to save up money for the trip in july. and kim has to work all weekend. what time are ya'll going to cookout and eerything? ok everyone i want to see you lose at least 3 pounds for the rest of the month. i know you can do it and you know too. so get up and shake your rump and work out some. have a good night!

shawna, no i havent talked to them yet. i called but the office is closed until the 23rd of this month. thats opening day for them. im going to call then. i will ask about the tables then and try to get the one you talked about if we can. that way people with small kids will be right there. and if they have that many tables then i believe one pavillion will do. so i will let everyone know the date on the 23rd if thats ok. does anyone have a problem with either days july 25th or aug 1st. if so please let me know. its going to be one of those days.

the support group meeting for the people that have had the surgery starts at 10 and the one where we stand up and talk to everyone starts at 1030. well the last one did anyways. Amanda , keep it up. it will happen im sure of it. it took me over a year to get mine including everything i had to do. so keep your head up and it will happen. akfmurphy, it took mine 2 weeks to get back in the mail. i have bcbs of alabama gov.

i heard for every 50 pounds you gain an inch! i've lost 102 pounds and its almost true.

i have also been big since a young age. now that i have lost over 100 pounds i still see myself as that 419 pound guy. i know im wearing smaller clothes and poeple tell me all the time that i look much better then before. but i still see that big guy when i look in the mirror. i have family member i havent seen in about 6 months until last sunday. and when he seen me he wa like jason is that you? and it made me feel good, but i still feel like that big guy that i have been for so long.

i now can be added to the list. im at 102 pounds lost.
