gone 4 ever, just go to the meet and greet thread. but it is all ready to go. just getting the details down for the cooking and stuff like that. prices is listed on the thread. its something like 20 dollars a person. see it pays to go to the support group meetings. and they will mixed different ones every meeting just let them know what you want to try. on a side note and a great one for me. i went to buy me some shorts for vacatiopn trip coming up. i was thinking i might be able to wear a size 44 in waist. but come to fine out, i was able to fit in a 42. i was like WOW! :tongue2::thumbup::cursing: i haven't been able to fit in a 42 since like 9th grade. so you see why im so happy. i got to buy clothes from the mens section and not the big and tale section. i almost started to cry. it was a very big deal for me.

so how have you been doing? im hoping you are still working out and eatting good! you need to make sure to make it to the support meetings if you can also. and are you going to beable to make the meet and greet? crimson, if it was me i would just wait until i got back. enjoy your vacation before you get another fill.:thumbdown:

that sounds good to me nene. but don't know about the potato salad because of the heat. don;t know if it will hold up. so list so far is hot dogs hot dog buns hamburgers hambuger buns ( some one might want one thats not banded cheese some type of fruit tray alot of water potato salad ketchup mustard add to it if you would like to. also kaninag ddi you or zach eat one of those hamburgers from the lrc? and if so was they any good?

congrats! i love those victorys. im going sunday to get some new clothes. and i believe im going to be able to go down another size in pants/shorts. i started at 52in and im wearing 46 now. i believe i can go down another size since this fall off when walking.

just make fure you don't pick nothing up over 10 pounds until the 6 weeks is up. don't want to mess anything up.

amy maybe it will happen this time. so hows everyone doing this week. been real busy for me at work. we are trying to start up a 2 million dollar filter project. other then that its been fine.

well now i took off for 6 weeks. but i had short term pay so i went ahead and took it off like they suggest us to do. at my job i have to move and left very heavy things so i didn't want to chance it. but i was up and moving around the next day. with in 2 weeks i was feeling like normal.

im so glad everything was ok shawna! im still affraid thatr one day im going to have a bad pain it not turn out ok. what ddi you eat that day? sounded like almost something got stuck real bad and then passed thur. and i have had that feeling before when i was so stuck it hurt me bad. but after about 1 hour it went away. and trust me i can take pain and it hurt so bad i had tears coming on. keep us posted and if you need something please let us know. on another note, veronica emailed me and said she will be at the beach the day of are meet. but she is going to send it out to all her band patients. and also send it to dr. miles and schmitt.

thats great! im going to get kaninag to help me with a list. and then i will post it on here and people can pick what they would like to bring. i do need some ideas to waht to dring to eat. since i know they will be alot of people there that can't eat a few different things.

congrtaz! im know you are happy. so before long we better see you at the support groups! and by the way, i didn't see anyone except kanina at the support group last saturday. i can't tell you how much this support groups are good for you. so we ALL need to try to attend them. i know shawna had baseball games. but what about everyone else? so lets try to make the next one everyone. and don't say its to much of a drive. theres more then one person that drives over 110 miles one way. and everyone remember its fathers day, so call go see your fathers and let them know you love them. jason r

first off welcome to are little family here. my bcbs didn;t say it wouldn't cover , but it did say it would only pay 50% of the cost. but it payed for more like 90% of everything. the best thing to do is get the people at the doctors office to look at it and get them to run it.

yea the fast food is not a good place at all for us banders. well im loving the scales right now. im down another pound from the first of the week.

this might help you out. it looks like it will be a long drive for you. Driving Directions from Harvest, AL to 52 Medical Park Dr E, Birmingham, AL and the meeting starts at 10am but its better to be there by 9:45 am.

well congratz on job well done so far. i don't know if it would be to much of a drive for you, but we have a nice support group meeting at st.vincents every 3rd saturday of the month. would love to have you come. it will be this coming saturday.

i didnt reallt notice mine until my wife said see can really see it now. i was what are you talking about. she said look its real define now. lol its the small things that make me happy about this weight loss. thanks for this thread it made me smile. jason r
