thats cool kaninag. i think we might go to sams before the meet to get a few things. i liet you know when i find something out from kim. and i have talked to a few docs already about it. i would love to see this get very big. im hoping it grows into a major event every year. and sorry to say Veronica want beable to make it. see is going on vacation to flordia that weekend. i talked to springvalleybeach and we could rent out the whole place. so if it turns out great this year i would love to do something like that next year. like you said we could have a big event and maybe get alot of support from other places.

ok heres the list. and if theres anything that you dont see on here and want to bring thats fine. also i will only be bring Water, so if you would like to have something to drink except water you will need to bring it. 1. hot dogs 2. hot buns 3. hamburgers 4. hamburger buns 5. chips 6. water 7. mustard 8. ketchup 9. pickles 10. cheese 11. ice 12. plates 13. paper towels 14. forks ok guys thats what will be there. i believe that will be fine this time around. so please come and enjoy the day. i would love to do this once a year at least.

had a good time today at the support group. it was a great turn out. shamwa it was good seeing you again. sorry didnt get to talk to much it was a busy day. and also amanda, sorry i didnt say hi. i tried to talk to everyone from here when i see them. but i will make sure i do next time. glad to see zach come with kaninag. its great to see are home support group come sometimes. i will post the list for the meet and greet in the morning on the correct thread, if you want to check it out.

don't worry i think im going to try to do this once a year at least. no you dont have to give me anything on the food. im going to work on a list and have it posted by sunday. so just check back in then.

yea i go to see my family doc monday for a check up and im going to so him some of my bad spots where i have very lose skin now. and thanks for the heads up on the lazer libo.

im going to have my chin,arms, belly. legs and anything else that needs it. but its all going to have to wait until im done losing most of my weight. im hoping by the end of 2010 i will be there.

i loved the scales this morning. i was down another 4 pounds and under 300 pounds now. its been a longtime since i was here. im also going to have to have alot of skin removed. i can see alot of skin sacking now.

hello everyone one and welcome bamablondie! i just got time to get on here. i just got back yesterday from vacation and im still needing rest. today was the first day back to work and it was tuff. anyways i had a great time. i got to it some real good seafood and i done something that dosen't happen on vacation alot. i lost weight, thats right i now weight 299. it's been like 17 years since i been under 300 pounds. so i am happy. well off to download more pics. check back in later. got to work on the meet stuff this week also. and everyone don't forget about the support group meeting this weekend.

getting the staples out is a great feeling. im glad to see you arte doing great. and 14 pounds wow thats great! im sorry you want be able to be there. i will make sure they are alot of pictures took. is everything ok? i hope you get better soon.

lol i hope no i think you can do it. i lost 23 pounds in my first week after surgery. so i think you can do it.

sorry everyone but my net was down. but its working again. and for the ladies having problems drinking. its ok. just din't push the liquiid down so soon. yes you need to drink as much as you can, but you got to give it time to heal. you will see a big improvement over the next few days trust me. and im so happy to see that ya'll are doing great. keep up the work! debbut, i know where you are coming from. it happens to most of us. the things we liked pre banded sometimes don't taste good anymore. i have tried many new things that i didnt like before and now i do like them. it is so weird. on a side note. i almost made my goal for the trip this week. im down to 304 and i was wanting to be down to 299. but im feeling better anyways.

that is great ford! and how did you know it was the one i got? and thats fine about the hot dogs. oh and im going to bring my small gas grill. its one that you can hook up the small gas bottle to. but i believe it will do fine.

no do not eat before you go. and also you will need to go back on liquids for 24 hours at least if not up to a few days after the fill. so enjoy it now because liquids are back as of thursday. sorry. and let us know how it goes. :thumbup:
