theres one after the seminar on the 19th. at st.vincents east. or at least thats what i wa told.

hello everyone one. is anyone going to be at the support group on the 19th?

i know the feeling. i have been to the doctor 6 times. so thats 6 co-pays. and also it was 165 for the first visit with dr.miles, my band doctor. now i got to the 16th to set up a date for my sleep study. and i not sure how much that will be. then after that i got set up a time to visit for the psych eval. and i also got 2 more times to see my doctor so more co-pays. but i look at it like this. spend a some money now to make it better for a long time.

grats on the 100 pound mark whosyadaddy! im hoping it works out great for me too. i was 409 when i first seen the doc, and now im at 387. thats after 5 months dieting. and when i get the band, im hoping to lose alot more. i like reading about how the guys are doing. you dont see many at the support groups. so its nice to get there side of the banded life. jason r

hey guys, im hoping to get my band in the next three months. i just did my 5th visit out of 7 for bc/bs. so hope everything gos fine with that. im glad to see some guys on here getting there band at the same places im going to. dr.miles is who im seeing. going to a support group meeting the 19th of this month if anyone is there from here. i will be the fat guy.lol anyways hope everyone is doing great and glad to see so many guys on here to talk to about this. thanks jason r

im glad to see it coming back on. i have seen ever one of them. me and my wife loves the show and dvr's it if we are not able to watch it that night. thanks for the heads up on when it is coming back on. im seating the dvr as i type.

i also have bcbs of alabama. but mines with the gov. so i guess its the same. but i was told by my lap-band doctor i to do a 7 month diet not the 6 months. so it might have went up.im going the 3rd for the 5th visit and can't wait until i get done with it. i started at 409 and now im at 384. my lap-band doctor wanted me to lose 20 pounds so im good for now. good luck.

well im going my 5th visit of 7. i hav e bcbs of alabama state. they want a 7 month diet program from a doctor. and plus i have to get a few other things done. so in feb. i will be visiting for my 7th time. and i hope it dosent take long after that. it has been a long 5 months so far but its going to be worth it in the long run.

congrats bamalama. i go the 7-30 to see dr. miles. i will de so glad to get this done. i have to go for the six month program fro bcbs to cover it. but it will be worth it to me. im going back to the support group july 21. my wife is wanting to go and sit in on it all so.
