that place is great. my sisters and kids go every summer. so i will try to post a thread on this and see what we can come up with. so this is for any bandster and family correct? because i would love to bring the kids.

ok i have a question for you banders. here for the last 4-5 weeks i havent been able to eat anything until about 2ish. when i try to eat something even something light, it hurts and i feel bad. even sometimes when i drink milk our choc. milk 1/2% of course. is anyone else like this? i dont get to eat dinner to around 6pm our later.

and by the im sorry but i want be at the meeting saturday. unless i get off work early. i got to be there at 7 so im hoping im done by 9. so i might be late our not there. sorry.

ok my insurance only said they would cover 50% of the surgery and io would have to pay the other part. i ended up paying about 1060 to dr miles and about 400 to the anesthesiologist. it wasnt over 1500 togather i know that. i will try to fine my paper work some where. like kaninag said when they bill it it was way higher then they told me it would be then i ended up not paying that much. when you go in to have the surgery you have to sign a fourm tyhat gives you the amount to pay if they dont. it was like 6k i believe. ok heres what i paid dr.miles. from start to now. first visit was 156-- i believe. 300.00 for pre-op visit and 575.00 -is what bcbs didnt pay and some co-pays along the way but nothing over 30 bucks. now i did pay st.vincent east 100 dollars when i did my pre-op visit for the in out patient co-pay and i had to pay the anesthesiologist close to 400 bucks. and i believe that is it.

congrats savebygrace, im glad you are doing fine. keep us posted. crimsontide, glad you are doing fine also. i believe i lost 22 pounds the first 7 days. and what are you eating to get 700 cal a day in. i think fir the first week i was getting around 400-450 a day. and it was hard to do it. on on the gas just walk alot it helped. ok on a side not whgo is coming to the meeting this saturday?

yes the protein shots are nice. i been taking them for a liitle time now. the easiest way to get in your protein. i take one a day. but you better get there when they put them out, because they sale fast. im the one that usually buys them up in attalla walmart. lol on a side note i have gave this site/fourm out to about 20 people in the last month and non of them i have seen join up. i cant stress myself enought about the support it takes to get the weight lost we need. im just upset i guess at somepeople for wanting help but doesnt follow up with it. i did have robin the guy from the support group call and ask me a question abot a pain he was having. that made me feel good. i guess because someone needed me instead of me always looking for the help. i have been really thinking about looking into some type of job our volunter help i could do in this line of work. i know theres alot of people that needs it and just dont know our want to ask for it. hell i was that person about 1 and half years ago. well time for a shower i just got done working in the yard. and afer working 10 hours lasty night fixing a well motor and replacing over 300 feet of well pipe im ready for some rest. how did it go last night kaninag? sorry i couldnt make it. but thats my luck!!!!!
