Oh I haven't had a BM in almost 2-3 days thanks for the advice I was kicking myself thinking what did I do wrong

Ok I need some suggestions I had vsg on nov 26 2012 and I'm down 73 pound so far but I'm worried cause I weighed myself yesterday and I was 241 and I weighed my self the next day and I gained 3 pounds I'm confused how is this possible in one day I'm doing everything I'm supposed to including working out is this muscle gain or fat gain

They told me 50 in the first month

I had vertical sleeve on November 26 and weighed 310 and as of December 19 I weigh 286 so I'm down 29 pounds yay and I'm on the purée stage and its going pretty good. So far no complications. So know I am working out at snap fitness and that part sucks but it will be worth it in the end. Hope everyone is doing well and taking those vitamins.

I'm still on liquid ugh I'm not hungry but I just want something to chew on and the protein shakes suck I'm sick of protein shakes

Omg yes I hate this phase I'm almost finished with post op phase 1 it's sucks can't eat nothing just liquid but u don't feel hungry it's just a mental thing physically your not hungry I had the vertical sleeve on the 26 of November and the day of surgery I was 310 and know I'm 289.6 and today is December 13th so I've lost some weight and fast it's so worth it but mentally challenging.

I know how u feel my period just came on and I promised myself I wasn't going to weigh myself until it goes off cause when I get it my weight goes up or stays the same and I'm not setting myself down that negative path.

U should try skinny water it taste really good it's no sugar no carbs no anything and it has vitamins in it

I'm officially 299.2 yay I'm no longer 300 pounds as of Monday I'm so happy for u it's hard but worth it for this journey

I'm 4 days post op from vsg and every time I drink something it hurts going down is that normal or I need to call my surgeon

This liquid diet is getting harder I need motivation

I was scared at first but it's really not that scary once your in that operating room u don't feel a thing and its not as bad as people think

Tomorrow is a new day think about why u wanted to loose weight in the first place and pull those old pics out of u when u was heavier and think do I want to go back to that but everyone falls off the wagon just get your self back on it again cause no one is perfect but god. And having those foods once and a while is not bad just as long as u know u portioned it out it won't make u gain but it will make your weight stall hope u are well. Ttyl

I am officially 6 days post op and I had my vsg 11/26/12 and the day of surgery I was 310 I weighed myself yesterday and my scale said 303 yay so know I'm 7 lbs down in 5 days woohoo I weigh myself once a week so I won't get obsessed with the scale cause that's no way to live really but hope everyone is doing good so far have no complications so far thanking god for that. It does and no matter cold or worm it still hurts when it goes down and my mind is fucking with me cause I see my family eating pizza and soda I'm like ugh.

I'm 3 days post op from vsg and I'm still have gas pain and its hard to get the liquid so I'm gonna try sugar free Popsicles. Is there any sugar free options other then Popsicles and sugar free jello

Can I take a laxative if I'm just out the hospital

I got my surgery done I'm feeling a lot of gas pain and I haven't eaten anything since last night or drank no swelling and everything went good so far

You guys are so supportive and positive thank u so much I love the positivity I can't sleep and its 200 in the morning I stopped eating and drinking at 10:00 and I'm packed and I booked a hotel room. I still can't believe it's going to happen I'm so nervous.

I got approved for my surgery and I'm so scared and nervous and excited. I have to be at the hospital at 9am Monday morning omg I am so nervous.
