Ok so I set a date yay!!!! But the nutritionist said I could have sugar free things for my liquid post op diet and one of the things is sugar free fudgicles so I went to the store to try them out and they only had no sugar? Is sugar free and no sugar added the same thing.

Oh that sucks I was all excited about eating that too oh well I have to stick with Popsicles sugar free of course. Thanks for the advice

Gained 7 pounds when I met with my pre-op nutritionist and I'm trying to loose it and I meet with the surgeon oct 9 I'm so nervous its getting closer to the day. Ugh

Wow that's amazing u look amazing congrats on your surgery. I'm so ready for mine I still don't think this is real till I meet with my surgeon oct 5. -
