i dont know i just droped 13 lbs and i dont see it

ok so its only been a week and a half but i can't help but think this isn't gonna work that i am always gonna be fat

so i spoke to my surgeon and he said electronic smokes are an ok alternative he would rather me quit but that if i cant they wete ok

i have final appt with surgeon tommorow gonna have to ask will tell him i need to know for my husband that way he doesnt think i am still smoking

i thought those have nicotine and thats why you cant uae them

its horrible i have smoked for almost 20 years
