Can you eat it in the purée stage? I thought I read somewhere that chick peas weren't recommended, maybe because of gas :-) . I love it too and eat mine with cucumber instead of pita.

My paperwork is on the physicians assistants desk waiting to be signed off on and get a date to see the surgeon and it seems like she is taking her sweet time! I know the wait stinks!!! -
