I am going through the same thing. I think.its because our nervous system is in shock over the surgery..one more straw breaks the camels back. Plus it screws with your hormones. -

You are right. They dilate your stomach and smell intestines. The stoma there sometimes closes. I am suffering tonight after eating sliced ham. My pouch hated it. I have puked and slimed for 3hrs now...and I still see ham. Let it end soon please. -

Try extra iron if you are very fatigued. Hope you get feeling better. Emotions sometimes make you feel like youve made a mistake, but you will see it is the best decision very soon. -
