There are packets to mix with water called arnold palmers. It is a tea lemonade mix and only 5cals. It does not taste sickly of artificial sweet and no bad aftertaste -
Its the inner sutures. They kill. It goes away at 4 to 5 weeks

You can always start again. Throw out the soda and Cookies. Go back on liquids and consider yourself deathly allergic.to sugar -
