National average for bypass is 60 percent of excess weight. That is what you should lose and thats my surgeons goal. It just seems like everyone loses more than that. How much will you weigh if you lose only 60 percent of your excess weight? How much would you like to weigh instead? -

Being obese takes its toll on the spine. I have been out of alignment and seeing a chiropractor since 4 weekss post op. Now my neck has been killing me and its due to the posture shift from weightloss. Anyone else suffering?

Me too. We all dream of being skinny, but the real wish is being healthy! I have only lost 40 percent so far in 12 weeks but am in a size 10 and feel great aside from back pain. -

I drink it all the time. Only one bottle like every other day. Its approved as a drink we can have just dont drink only that. It is good because of keeping your electrolytes balanced.

It could be due to sinuses or allergies. When the weather changes my pouch gets yuck and irritated. I pray I never get a cold! -

You can tell a difference for sure, but its possible you are shrinking other places besides your face too.
