Yes I know all about disability and pain. So glad you are motivated and not just sitting at home waiting to be thin to enjoy things like that with your daughter. I have missed out on too many things like that. -

Yeah you got the food stuck alright! It is painful and just as you described! The bubbles are because your body is attempting to process it, but cant so mucus sputum forms all around it so you can sick it up. -

I am like that also. Only about 3 days out if the month am I able to actually get a decent amount of calories in. my pouch.is finicky and I have no appetite alot. -

Yes, I too was on effexor but it was far too harsh on my belly. My moods went crazy for the first 3 months and now are stabilizing

Its okay to be hungry, just eat some yogurt or have a shake. The important thing is not to eat the junk. -

Soup.is a liquid. You can drink. It all rolls right through.once you start eating solids wait to drink -
I think.it just takes time to undo the habits of a lifetime. Its okay to be upset. Your body will get used to it and once you are down and moving well, you will find new healthy habits to replace eating

Baked potato was my first real foid after surgery. Put some cheese on it and yum. I dont have potatoes often, but if I am at a dinner and theres nothing else, my pouch lives potatoes! -

And that proves that we can absorb other than only citrate because tums arent. I think certain people dont absorb as well as others, thus making the docs recommend the citrate all the time in case. Im glad everyone is doing what works. Sometimes you have to figure that out on your own. -

It doesnt make the others unabsorbable. My doc approves them. Different strokes for different folks. My bottle says Calcium citrate. Maybe they have changed the formula since I bought mine or maybe there is more than one kind on the market. -

The ones I have are citrate. You are thinkg of a different brand. Caltrate is carbonate. Citrical is citrate. I know. Yes they have a but of sugar, but I also use the wellesse, but citrical gummues are citrate -
That always gives me a boost too. I can go 7 days,and bearly nibble then all of a sudden be able to eat one day and bam, the weight falls off
