Hey guys, 6 weeks post op and still cruising strong! A little temptation to start eating junk but still mostly on liquids to get all my daily protein in. I've also got some protein recipes if y'all are interested

Just wanted to update everyone, had surgery last monday and doing great! Down 18lbs already!!!! Added to the 20 from presurgical diet, down to 345
