Hello everyone, I had my surgery in Nov 2012. I was active on the forum until after surgery. 6 months after surgery my husband received orders to a new duty station and I no longer had the support of my surgeon and his staff. I tried to do it alone..... up until now. I am struggling with food choices, exercise and motivation. I can't do this alone and need support from a community that knows what I am going through. I am weighing in at 170 and have been stalled forever. I decided to become active again with the forum. I feel like a failure because I know what I am doing wrong. -

Hello, thank you for replying to me and I want to that you for your support for the military, that mean a lot. I want to personally thank you for your post. I stopped logging and when I ate something bad I just said "its already done might as well eat bad the whole day" That was the wrong way of thinking. I also starting drinking, I lost my mother suddenly and my day 10 months later so drinking helped me cope. I haven't had a drink in 2 weeks but its a struggle. It's great having support, I really needed to read your post and glad I have a community to help. Thanks again. -

I've been struggling with quite a few stalls, can anyone share your experiences about yours, how long did it last? Did you change anything and your stall was over? Any advice will be great.

I can't do beef. I can do chicken when it's really tender. I can so boiled egg only half of it. I'm still drinking the shakes even though I hate it. I need other options. I got sick off of a few things. -

I had surgery on 11/06/12 with four little girls 7,6,2 and 8 months and some days it's hard. I find myself cooking 2 different meals sometimes. My husband is a Marine so he is gone a lot so it's a little easier when he's home. -
Can some answer a question for me

Tonight I had a sugar free Popsicle and about 30 min later I felt light headed and started to get nausea. I feel miserable by the belly pain but nothing too bad. Is this dumping? My Popsicle was sugar free so if it is dumping how can that be? Any suggestions and advice would be great.. Thanks. -
