Thanks ladies. Yes, I think I'm going to drop her, we haven't been friends too long for me to be very emotional about it. I told her I was starting a diet on Nov first and she texted me saying she is having drinks and pizza at her house on Nov 2nd and don't worry about my diet big is beautiful... I'm done with her.

Hello everyone. I just want to vent a little if thats ok. So me and a friend walk our kids to school in the mornings, she is skinny, in shape whatever, so as we were walking we saw a mom running with her kid in the jogger stroller and I said " I want to be able to run like that" (living on a military base sometimes everyone knows everyone business) then she said "yeah well if she didn't have her insides changed she would still be eating twinkies. She then said I would rather be fat as hell than have surgery and look gross with all that skin, maybe if she got her ass up and run early she would not have need the surgery, the she went on to say lazy bi***!" I was floored... I defended the running but i was so hurt... I think I'm going to need to cut her from my life.

I started cleaning like a crazy lady today. I know I'm not going to want to do any cleaning for a week after surgery. I'm trying to be as busy as possible.

Hi karmagirl... My youngest baby will be 6 months next month, I thought i was the only one getting surgery with an infant... I feel better now lol. I will be praying you get your approval fast, waiting is the annoying part.

Congrats on your date worm!!!!!!!!!!!! So I drove my husband crazy last night with all the worrying, if even went as far as to say I'm going to cancel my surgery because I'm nervous. I know if I dont get my surgery I'm going to die young, I'm 29 and my mom passed away 3 months ago at the age of 57 from a heart attack/ heart disease. ugh! I hate this feeling especially when I fought hard won my appeal and now this.

Falicia004: I know how your feeling. Now that surgery is getting closer for me I'm excited but scared too. I have four girls and I keep doing the "what if" thing with myself.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a mother is one of the hardest thing go through. My mom passed away 3 months ago unexpected. We later found out she had heart disease. I'm very very sorry.

How is everyone? Nov 6th is slowly approaching and I ready for my journey to start. My pre-op diet start on Nov 1st. Is it bad that I feel like I want to eat my sweets and drink soda while I can? Congrats to everyone who got their surgery date.

Has anyone started a Vitamin routine yet? What are the Vitamins your taking? Doing researching I've notice a lot of people don't take the same kinds of vitamins. Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk

APPROVED!! I was denied at first because I had 6 months with a nutritionist and not a physician but my doctor urged me to do an appeal with 8 months worth of paperwork with him and it was approved this morning. Now I'm scared and second guessing myself. Am I doing the right thing? Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk
