Amen!! I been having the worst abdominal cramps yesterday and most of today. But by time it was said and done around noon was down 5 pounds no joke. I had that much poo in me. I never want to go through it again. I am still in pain from it -

The rate of failure with the bands is astronomical!! Some doctors are even considering not offering it as an option. You will find a lot of people on this forum that has had to go through revisions from band to RNY -
I am drinking it all throughout the day. I maybe drink one whole cup then just a couple ounces each additional cups throughout the day

I hope you can break it. I have been fighting 215 to 217 for a few weeks now. But I have only lost about 12 pounds since December 13. Frustrating being not even 4 months post op yet -

Well I will be 4 months post op February 28. I weighed 287 and lost 11 pounds in the pre op liquid diet. Surgery weighed 276. By December 13 I weighed 234. After gallbladder surgery and being NPO for 5 days I weighed 224 December 29. I now weigh 215-217 I keep bouncing back and forth. Been that for a month now. I literally have stopped losing -

No nothing just that I wasn't that big to start with so it will be slow. Which is totally different then what was said when I first started out. Was told I would lose 100 pounds in first 4 months. -

You use the exact same filling in peppers. You take a head of cabbage and boil it to soften the leaves a little. Take one leaf per roll add meat mixture and roll it up. Not like a pin wheel!! Then put in baking dish put tomato sauce in top bake in oven till meat is cooked -
