well this evening was one of those evenings where I felt hungry every hour or so. I have been drinking to see if its thirst but nope!! I am 7 almost 8 weeks out and there is no way I am going to lose weight if this is how I am feeling!! if this was head hunger I think I would be able to tell the difference but I actually feel it in my pouch. then I eat it goes away. then an hour or so its back

  8. BB I thought same thing with Isopure at first. but at 5 bucks a bottle I stomached it. but some like them and its 40 grams of protein so divide it into 5 -8 ounce servings and drink.
  9. just make sure its not made with collagen because it is the wrong kind of Protein for us. I also use premier Protein shakes from Sam's. 30 grams of protein 11.5 ounces
  10. tink is it like protein shots?
  11. if 3.8 has the 42 grams then I would drink 1.4 ounces in the morning wait a few hours drink the other which would give you 21 grams per 1.4 ounce
  12. is it premaid protein drink or do you make it with powder?

    Increasing Protein

also for every 10 grams of protein calorie need to be 100 or less
  14. our bodies can only absorb 30-35 at a time of protein so best thing to do is divide that in two servings one in morning and one in evening

this pain is quite normal. most everyone gets this in the same location. it is the muscle healing where they put the biggest instrument in your abdomen
