No I phoned said stick to the letter there is enough salt in the milk But only 3 days left on it now -
Wow this liver shrinage diet is so hard craving salt all the time but it's working Down from 23.9 to 23.5 in 5 days so may lose another 5 before my op on Friday my diet is 3 pts skimmed milk 2 low fat yoghurts Unlimited diet no sugar pop fizzy or still And sugar free jellies Do miss salt Tea and coffee if wanted milk in it comes out off my allowance

I had my lapband removed last year and put five stone on so cannot wait either

Got my date for the 5th of October start milk diet on Tuesday

I had my pre op yesterday and they said should get my date soon should be in October so I am so happy but nervous as well

It's the first couple off days when you go through cold turkey but keep focused on your goal and think just a small part off your life but I know how hard it was done it when I had my band fitted still hate milk now but got to go through it again for my bypass -

I had nose pillows at first could not get used to it now have full nose and mouth mask also have a water warmer great now cool in summer hot in winter

Give it a chance I have had sleep ap for ten years now and cannot sleep without it my days are great now no more tiredness or falling asleep
