I take 98% fat free pepperoni on parchment paper in the microwave for three minuets and they come out like chips and I but light garlic and herb cheese on it it was just like a bacon chip I was in heaven!! I am sure someone has posted this but i was so over joyed had to share it with someone!!

I have been on my liquid diet for four days now and my other half got a new job and wanted to go out to eat so I said okay one meal at our favorite tex-mex restaurant wont hurt So we drove to to place and got seated I just could not do it I got up and left I have worked so hard for four days and almost blew it all but I DIDN'T so happy right now!

I'm 17 day out I have gone from 330 to 282 and here are some before an during pics! I would love feed back and wonder how everyone is doing!!

I was given non limitations on what I could do the only thing they said was if it hurts don't do it and that I could have sex if I wanted to just to not try and get fancy!!

Well here it is went from a 4x to a extra large in a month and a half not that it is the loosest thing but hey I'm feeling good I love all of you and pray form you everyday y'all keep me going and I was wondering if anyone has had any weird dreams about like eating a whole pizza or carbs or things like that I am and these are the same dreams I had after is or put of rehab so it reaffirms that my Eatin habits were in fact a addiction sorry about how my room looks and I think I'll go ahead and put a before pic with it in in my undies so I'm sorry if anyone gets sick!!

Well still waiting on word from my work it makes me so mad it's not like I had meth or even weed in my system! I don't know what I am going to do I already missed work for my surgery with no pay now this don't they know I got bills!! So sorry for ranting and raving it just pisses me off so bad! I'm so happy for everyone who has has surgery and I finely got some food down thanks I the world according to egg faces patty melt bites they are amazing I'm making cauliflower pie tonight so woohoo

Well it's been a bad week I am on soft food and I can't hold anything down nothing it all hurts and I throw up so I am just drinking I don't ever want to see food again!! Plus my fifth day back to work I got random drug tested and now I'm suspended from work with no pay in till they get my levels back from there drs then get ahold of my dr I am so mad!!! Worst week ever

I do I sleep on my side And stomach I'm eleven days out been able to at least sleep on my right side for about nine days when I would sleep on my right side the side opposite my incision I would kind of prop my belly fat up with a pillow to stop the pain and pulling

Well I'm a week out and I decided to hop my booty on the scale for the first time not really worried about it moving but I am happy to say I am down from 315 to 291 I have not been in the twos in years so happy I am having no pain been up moving and a grooving feeling like a new person I am going back to work day after tomorrow so ready to order me some new work uniforms! And for all of you out there having complcations this too shall pass and before you know it it will just e a distant memory !! All the love and peace Jessica

Lol I know what you mean my son asked me to tear up his biscuit and put it in his gravy I was so worried that I would lick my finger just out of habit

I drink power aid zero and propel zero and smart water when I can they all have electrolytes in them I get sick to my stomach too it stinks because it is when I do just about anything like walking or sipping or when I move around at all the nausea gel they gave me has been a life saver

I know I made my sons let me sniff his pizza it was pitiful! But This is the first time I have ever turned down pizza or stake or any other food for that matter so thats a win in my book!

Well I'm three days out and got a bad case of head hunger today not real hunger just my other half had steak and my son had pizza and it was stuffed crust!!! I am having a hard time with my liquid in take everything tast so weird to me I cant finish a Popsicle with out feeling like I'm going to bust on a good day I am getting in around 44Oz a day and I'm making sure what I do get in has electrolytes I have one incision that is really sore and I have been Laying on my back and putting my feet up like when I had my son and it pushes the gas out tmi! I know but the gas is such a killer just trying to stay hydrated!! I can finally sleep on my right side forget about the left side it is way too sore! I hope all the posters are doing good and all the ones still waiting are staying sain!

Well I'm home and I am hurting so bad ding dang gas sip sip sip walk walk walk loratab loratab loratab then repeat! Glad to be home my white blood cells are up have to get them tested tomorrow!

Nope just go till you can't go anymore I always make sure it's in between my meds so I don't have suffer after I walk I started at one then wet to two then Seven it's feels great to walk because the only thin that hurts is the gas and I jiggles it around I am so happy to be able to answer some questions now!!

Well I'm still in the hospital real ready to go home ! I'm still soar I have a catheter in one of my incisions it's really weird it has Pain medicine going into my incision

Yea he got a ear full lol he is gone now thank goodness!
