What ya eating tonight?
slowtogo replied to OleHippieGal's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Remember, milk has natural sugars in it. Your body processes them differently. Fage doesn't make me dump- but you have to try it for yourself. Eat half a small serving and see what happens. -
How about some NSVs!?!?

Look into adding L-arginine to your Vitamins. Its an over the counter supplement that relaxes your blood vessels. (Dilates them) if you have high blood pressure start with 6x 1000mg capsules a day, 2 per meal. If you have low blood pressure start with half of that. It's absolutely amazing stuff. Google it. -

Why do people think all our health problems are because we are fat? We just switch one excuse for another. -

Does your stomach ever growl?
slowtogo replied to Kcarr1120's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
Mine growled all the time after surgery. No pain however. Now-once in a while- and sometimes after a big meal. -
Pv- You've got this. Do a liquid diet for two weeks. Crank up your proteins and eliminate your carbs. Don't waste all the effort you put in. We are here for you. I am also going thru menopause. It is so HARD! put an exercise bike in your living room and ride it when you watch tv. Jump in it in the morning as well, following it with a protein shake.

How much are you eating? -
Well there is. When food gets stuck it takes from uncomfortable to down right painful. Makes you barf repeatedly. Often feels like chest pains.
