CP....for me it was 1oz every 10 min-you are drinking it awful Fast. Might want to check with your nutritionist.

What you are mentioning is missing its proteins. Make sure you have it. You can also add silken tofu to boost your protein based soup.

I have been gluten free since November of 2011. I tried it, and felt better so stayed with it. Going gluten free minimized my appetite...as wheat often causes increased food cravings. Plus it virtually eliminates 90% of many calorie heavy choices, ESp when you know eating causes pain. Try it see if it works for you. Its not a diet, its a lifestyle choice.
