    Newbie aboard

Truthfully, eggs are tough for everyone. Esp.in the beginning. I still have a problem with hard boiled eggs and I am 9 months out.
  4. I was told the same thing about soups...but I eat them- they help me meet my liquid requirements. Its all about calories...and food quantities as you move out further from surgery. log your food-and be mindful of your quantities. I like to do soup first then 4 oz of meat or fish. (Which stays)

    Wls experts

One thing to remember. We all have different doctors and diets. And we all go outside of them. Moderation is the key in the end. Early on, eating certain foods can physically hurt us and this can be dangerous. But a bite of brownie or a bite of potato won't hurt us. Its the many brownies or the huge numbers of carbs that got us here. None of us lived on 600 calories in our larger days. This is a step by step day by day walk.

You should go for the unsweetened almond milk-
  17. Increase your calories...with that exercise you should be at 800-1000.
  18. Sip sip sip. One oz of water every 10 min. You must do this as you will end up in the hospital if you don't. Don't worry about the rest at this point. Within a few days you xan start getting inv your protein but water is crucial.

    Do you eat crackers?

Ceackers and many other starch products dissolve in your mouth so don't really impact your stomach. This is why we can eat so many chips.absorption starts in your mouth, so I have been told. Chew em 35 times and there is nothing left to swallow.

    So disappointed!

Guys...remember, this surgery is a tool. You can over eat. You can wash it out of your stomach. You can gain weight. You need to use the first 18 months after surgery aggressively. Stop seeing how much you csn eat. Rather, stick yo the guidelines. 1/4 cup. No carbs. Protein first. Follow your diets. No sugar regardless whether or not you dump. You want this to work? It does. But stop seeing"what you can get away with." Why did you have the surgery? No sugar, no carbs, no pop or carbonated beverages. Stop drinking your calories or eating crackers. These foods make you hungry and want more. We can do this. But we can also blow this.
