Hi everyone. I actually went online to www.batiatricchoice.com and bought some fabulous foods that have Protein in them. For example, some hot chocolate that has 12 grams of protein per serving or some chips that also have 12 grams of protein. Just a thought to help with getting over that craving. I also got some chips but I actually threw the bag away but was able to take some snapshots in the computer. Here are pictures of what I am talking about. No. They r used for the same purpose but Biotin is in pill form and biosil is the drops. surgery date: 7/30/12

They r for hair nails and skin. U take 5 drops in am and 5 drops in pm with a little bit of juice. They don't taste too great so that's why I use juice to hide the taste. surgery date: 7/30/12

Hi big don. The darkness could be because of the Iron pills and stinky...yup! Totally normal:-) was told by my docs and friends who have had the surgery that they have stinky poops. surgery date: 7/30/12

I was told no OJ. I haven't asked when I could start drinking it but I like to drink it in order to get my Vitamin C. When did u start drinking it post op? surgery date: 7/30/12
