Hello my name is Terselle and I am 1month post surgery. I feel great and alot healthier. I had the gastric bypass for medical reasons. I no longer take metformin, insulin, use c-pap machine, snore and I can wear heels because my knee and back dont hurt

I had gastric bypass 3wks ago and am doing well. I had the surgery for medical reasons and my health is sooo much better. I am having problems getting enough fluid in along with my protein. Any advice?
