Sounds like self sabatosh. We have all been through it at one point or another or we probably wouldn't be where we are today. You have to make a choice what do you want more do you want health and to feel and look great. Or do you want to be stuck in the rut for the rest of your life. 15 pounds is nothin compared to the big pic... RIGHT!!!! So I say do it. Get the motivation. Dance around your living room mi e move move. Ask your self will my world end if I don't eat this. Ect. I believe in you and I think you can do this.....

Found out tonight what happens when you eat to fast. Can you say OUCH and YUCK. it wasn't what I ate or how much just to fast. This is the first time this has happen to me and am almost 5 weeks post op. My hubby was so great he was standing there rubbing my back as I was bent over the sink. What I great support he is to me. But wow never want to do that again. I feel awful for all of you who can't keep anything down my prayers are sure with you. surgery date 08-01-12

Just be careful of the sugar alcohols those can give you the runs as well. I by a carb smart ice cream bar it has two grams sugar and 6 grams sugar alcohols that is on the lower side that I have found and they satisfy the sweet tooth. Even though I can't even eat half lol. surgery date 08-01-12

costco carries premier pristine bars not just shared. They are tummy they have 30 grams of Protein in one bar. I cut mine into Thirds and eat them that way as Snacks ect... surgery date 08-01-12

I drove after a week, I was of pain meds. It was a little uncomfortable but not to bad. surgery date 08-01-12

I love spinach raw is food can is good but I like cheese in it. It's one of those hit or miss vegi's you either love it or hate it. But It is so packed with Iron it's amazing.

Yes her surgery date:-) she was thinking it was going to be the end of sept beginning of October but it wasn't :-)
