You Sound Like You Are Dehydrated Even Though You Think Your Drinking Enough Water... Your Potassium Is Most Likely Low . Yes Get To Your Dr. Asap For A Script For Blood work And a Potassium Supplement ..If needed...This Is Just An Opinion Not A Diagnosis... Please Take Care! Mare 7★23

Hi Everyone I'm Mary and Have Such An Extensive Yo Yo Weight Loss Life Spanning From Age 13 To Well Hmm I Forget★ haha Let's Just Say I Am A Mom Of 4 Adult Kids 33-25 Was 22 With 1st And 29 With Last And All C*sections With 1st 2 being 10 months apart. Was And Still Swear By WW For Normal People. I Always Lost A Good 150 On That A Year And Nutri System-Yup-Good For 150 A Year Ya Know When I Would ALWAYS GAIN IT ALL BACK Then WW Again Well You Get The Picture! My All Time High 350lbs I am 5'2 Had Lap Band Installed January 2010 Only To Be Emergency Removed July 2011 Due To Severe Complications From That Approach And A lot Stemmed From The Action Of Vomiting.. Please, Guys Vomiting Is Not Normal If Severe, Tell Your Dr Soon Before You Endure The Pain And Death Scare Anyway I Did Had Lost 100 lbs There... Had Gastric Bypass July 23 2012 At 280 lbs And I Just Had The Drain Out And No Weight Loss Because Of Major Ankle And Leg Swelling. But I Am Losing Now.. I Feel It. But A scale Is Not My Friend.. Hi! Calm Down .. I Know It Is Normal To Be Afraid And Your Mind Will Come Up With The Most Outrageous What If? Scenerios, Believe Me...Lol ~ I've Had 4 C~Sections '79★'80★83★86 With My 4th Incision Bursting Open After A Week And Once That Happens They Can't Close You Back Up...You Have To Heal From The Inside Out. Then Gall Bladder Out In '91 Many Years Later And Lbs Then Lapband Installed 2010 And Removed In '11 now I Just Had The Gastric Bypass 7★23★12. I Am A Woman Walking Around This Earth Who Is ONE BIG SCAR TISSUE!!!! Ha Ha Did I Get A Smile? Bottom Line Is That If I Made It Through All These ~ Anyone Can Go Through This Particular Procedure, Just Do What Your Dr. Says And Ask Questions And Get Answers (Very Important) :-) Please Don't Worry! Yes! Fluid Retention Has Been A Major Problem My Whole Life, And I Stay Away From High Sodium Contents...Just Glad That I Have No Problem Drinking The 64 oz Water Daily. And I Had To Find A Cola Substitute ... I Can Have Crystal Light - sugar free -Iced Tea Peach - No Sodium.... Thank God - I Will Never Drink A Carbonated Beverage Again! Which Is Fine By Me.. I Don't Want To Stretch I'm Starting To Picture A Shrinkage In My Mind And With Time And My Lifelong Attachment To My Bariatric Dr. I'll See It Happen And You All Will Too. I Went To My Post-Op Appt. And Ther Weight Was The Same. After The Drain Came Out August 2nd (I was in the hospital with this Last Surgery for 5 days) Had To Get A Hiatal Hernia Repair While He Was At It :-) So I Haven't Weighed In But I Hear That A ★New Scale★ Is Coming My Way ...A Gift From My Friend And Tremendous Stand By Me Man; Ken :-) And I Forgot To Mention I Am From The Atlantic Shore Of New Jersey. I Will Weigh In Soon...Hoping The New Scale That I Get Will Be That Magic One ! YOU KNOW THE ONE :-) TALK SOON THANKS★

You need potassium so you won't dehydrate and take your Bariatric Vitamins Plus Your Protein Shake approx 70 grams a day we are told. To those that can't stomach the shakes :-( always get the strongest chocolate one and use a Blender/Mixer/Ninga delicious.. Don't forget Whey Protein Isolate (no other) Good Luck...Mare :-)
