You can call 911 an they can get you to a hospital for a 72 hour hold. Give you a break and some perspective. You are never alone and you can always reach out to anyone on here. Yes! I should have done it sooner! A lot sooner like 100lbs sooner. Best decision I ever made, but I kick myself about thinking I was better than it and would "do it on my own" Should have done it sooner. Surgery date 7/25/12

My decision was based on a lot of factors I had a significant amount of weight to loss I have diabetes in my family didn't want it I wanted long term success I have a 3 year old and a hubby It wasn't fair to them I didn't want to or was so limited due to my size And my mom had rny 2 years before me and had great success. That's so cool! I mean that you're in Africa not that you have stomach flu, of course! I would suggest drinking Camille tea or mint tea to settle the pouch. Don't think any dairy today. Drink Water base Protein. And I can't eat crackers so I would eat toast. Something in there to help settle. I don't know of over the counter meds that would help that would be available in your neck of the woods Surgery date 7/25/12

If Biotin increases hunger.... It makes sense! I have to eat every 2-3 hours. Well my dr suggests it and I thought I'm just used to it. But dang that makes sense!!!! Thanks for sharing I had no idea!!! Surgery date 7/25/12

Lol so I put some cute summer wedges on this morning and left for work. I did buckle them tighter than last year (1st hole not last!) well thank God I have flip flops in my car because they are soooooo loose on me I couldn't wear them and click click click them all day I probably could have slipped my foot out had I tried. I couldn't find the mg of caffeine that's why I didnt drink more than half and took all night to drink and still drank Water. Will look online to see. But my dr doesn't mind caffeine as long as I drink more water. so this works for me! Surgery date 7/25/12

I lost a lot of hair. It's the worst side effect. I bought every shampoo that promised it wouldn't fall! I took my Biotin. It lessens. I'm 10 months (11 on the 25th) and it doesn't fall like before. I say it falls like normal. Hang in there! Surgery date 7/25/12

I like them but costco premier has more Protein per container than Atkins, but I still buy these for the variety. BUT I would no stock up.... I did and your taste changes what you like now will gross you out later and you don't 10 packs of stuff you can't even look at :/ I have containers of protein (Cookies and cream, chocolate fudge, and French vanilla) at $30 a pop and I HATE THEM lol.
