Oh Roxy! My heart sank reading your post. I am 1 week post-op and let me tell you, been there done that! It's so hard losing weight, its so easy to just keep doing what we are doing. Change is hard and uncomfortable. On a diet we can salad all day long but still want a hamburger and fries.... You are young and it sounds like you are ready for change. Start a daily and weekly goal. Drink 64 oz of water daily, eat one salad a day and portions, find an activity you enjoy, eat breakfast, and the more protein the better. Don't be hard on yourself and make your health your priority.
