Which is better? What's the difference? I can't research at work. I went to juice it up and got a double scoop of soy Protein and its 26 grams of protein! And my smoothie tastes exactly the same!!! I have 6 grams from my soy milk and 26 grams from the soy protein... 32 grams so far and its not even noon Surgery 7/25/12

My doctor said everyone thinks they are backed up but we don't eat enough to push everything through daily especially the first month. Surgery 7/25/12

I find myself also in a moment where I have to remind myself I already had my surgery. I had all of these goals and I have to realize even though I don't go to the gym (not a member) like I said I would do, I still don't sit on the couch, drink soda, eat fries, and do nothing to lose weight. And I have bad food intake days and days when I am really proud of myself because old me would not have said no endless Pasta bowls at olive garden lol and venti Starbucks... Don't forget to high 5 yourself for all the good choices you do too. Surgery 7/25/12

I found a great one on walmart.com I think I paid $14 its high impact sport bra. The brand starts with D... I wanna say darkin? Lol the work out pants are sooo comfy too. Surgery 7/25/12

Bought some today and it didn't taste great... But has 13 grams of Protein for 1oz. Has no flavor. Anyone try this? Like it? Surgery 7/25/12

They are different. I haven't had bread Pasta or tortilla... I don't crave it and I love chicken & turkey & shrimp so I'm good.... Well I lied... I crave and miss pepperoni pizza!!!!! Lol Surgery 7/25/12

I went shopping this weekend for cloths... & I tried on so many cute shoes I was so exited my foot is losing weight too! lol I also have a big foot (size 10/11) but I was able to try on all 10's comfortably:) Surgery 7/25/12

You need to tell them. Or at least just the charge nurse. This way if you need medication they know how it will interact with the meds from surgery. Communication is key! Surgery 7/25/12

As a soon to be therapist I swore even though I new the statistics of divorce/breakup after wls... It would NOT be me because communication is my "thing" lol oh was I wrong. As my confidence goes up my husbands comments goes up too. I take time and effort in my appearance and it bothers him. Ugh its so irritating! Surgery 7/25/12
