Best feeling ever! I was always the person that tried to lose weight did stuff then never SEEN results and gave up! Even though I was swimming in my cloths I was comfortable and couldn't really "see" the smaller me in big ol cloths. I can't stop looking at my pants. I would have left the size long sticker just for my person reminder! Lol I see smaller and my smile is bigger Surgery 7/25/12

Which powered do you use? I've tried: chocolate, vanilla, Cookies and cream, French vanilla, and unflavored.... They all taste nasty! I hate the chalkiness. I'm 9 weeks and I've added fruit, extracts, decaf coffee, sf creamers.... Lol desperate to fall in love with one. So my atkins premade mocha latte is tolerantable. I just have to drink more Water. What flavor and brand? Surgery 7/25/12

Nothing wrong with you! You dropped the weight of a 3 year old! Holding my soon to be 3 year old who is 32 lbs that's a lot girl! Be happy & proud. From what I've learned the most of this support group we ALL lose at different paces. I'm happy your down 35 lbs and keep doing what your doing, its working! Surgery 7/25/12

Yeah my mom gets it. She has been a great go to for me. She is so encouraging and motivating without even knowing. So I'm grateful to have her:') I can't stop smiling! I couldn't imagine I would feel like this over a #.... A smaller #. Surgery 7/25/12

Kristy- I went shopping last night for cheeses and Greek yogurt. I need to get my snack on my doctor suggests 3 meals a day.... Breakfast being one! I would think the more Protein in the .morning is best... That Dr oz is a smart good looking man! I drank my shake this morning I got it down and my 1/2 yogurt & cheese for breakfast in about hour. Lili- whey protein and skim milk! If you can get them down more power to ya! It's hard & your getting all the protein.... You rock! Surgery 7/25/12

Trust that it gets better with every day... I would say sore lasted me about a week walking and resting helps. I felt like such a lazy butt I took naps everyday and laid down often. But it was good I healed well and called it "focused on drinking my Water and protein" lol Surgery 7/25/12

I still have the gurgling! It's so annoying! I found I gurgle more when I lay down. It's a joke now when me and hubby are laying down.... How long will it last? Lol Surgery 7/25/12

Toe in the Water is a great way to look at it. I picked RNY for long term weightloss and faster results. I have heard and read tons of horror stories with lap band and the thought of 2 surgeries one to do it and one to change to RNY because of failure scared me more. Surgery 7/25/12

I haven't experienced this but doesn't mean it out of the ordinary. Did you eat something late that your body didn't wake you up to get rid of? Maybe it just waited for you to wake up. How are you feeling now? Surgery 7/25/12

Olive garden has their never ending pasta right now.... Lol I loved olive garden but happy I dont crave it. I still miss Chinese one day I'm sure I can enjoy something Surgery 7/25/12

I got mine from walmart but got an 8 oz one for GNC. The smaller the cup the more motivated I am to get it all down.... It's only a little! I have to remind myself... The taller ones I think its never ending! Surgery 7/25/12

I'm sorry you are having to go through it all over again. Reassure your hubby and yourself... You are in good hands and you won't be thinking of stitches, staples, or glue whatever your surgeon uses (mine was glue... Totally cool) when your walking walking walking and sipping Water. Relax and do your psych eval and be pumped for your surgery! Surgery 7/25/12

My surgeon uses the stop drinking before and wait after but he says 15-30 min. I was never a breakfast person, and that messes me up now! Im supposed to eat right away when I wake up but I eat like 3 hours later... I need to break this cycle. Thanks for the feedback! Surgery 7/25/12

This makes me laugh I always thought my mom was nuts (she's 2 yr post) she is always cold and said its a side effect. I am 9 weeks and haven't experienced this yet. But I can't wait bring it! Better then being a hot mess! Surgery 7/25/12

I just started liking Greek yogurt for the non fat and high Protein I kept trying to find one I can tolerate... I found the oikos ones and can actually eat it. I never put them in a shake.... Will have to try Surgery 7/25/12
