    Hi guys! I haven't been back on my thread to see all the nice comments from you all:) Question. What exercise do I do? I have a very supportive post op mama who paid for a personal trainer and I have since then paid to keep her bc she is awesome. I see once a week and do Zumba elliptical or bike for pure cardio during the week (trainer sat mornings) with trainer we work on cardio by means of no machine. killer! But I just mentally committed to getting it my schedule I was slacking post holiday craziness. Feel free to message me anytime Shopping is a constant and I can't believe the confidence I've found in being able to shop in regular stores. And play with my wardrobe not just hide behind black.     Wow we are close surgery dates and starting and current wt. way to go girl!!! Keep it up my goal is 175-180 I'm 85 lbs from 180 crazy thought after being at my highest 389. Keep me posted your journey! .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Feeling gulity

    I agree the guilt is the worst feeling EVER! I don't dump and have not had trouble with any food. Bc of this I think I a taste won't hurt then the guilt hits. I have eaten a coupe fries. I've eaten a chicken nugget. I've eaten a mini cupcake. I have posted my guilt. I've shared it with the hubby. It's part of the process to re commit to what we decided and start again. Don't beat yourself up over it. Easier said than done! But make the best next choice. .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Boobies!

    I started at a 48/50C and right now I am a a 42C I would hate to get any smaller than a C cup but these lil girls are all I have. Lol I can not wait to get to my goal weight and buy some new ones!!!! I want to be a D... I've always said I wanted to get boob job. Can't wait. .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.
  8. I use a straw for my protein and for some reason I get more water in when I drink with a straw. My dr is okay with that since "it works" .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Thanks guys! Im shocked at the difference. Mainly bc I still see myself as the bigger person. I loved this top and my mom forced me to get a 1x and even though it didn't fit then it does now. My mind needs to hurry up and catch up already lol .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    I drink them. I have had mate 4 since surgery. They have a light version of all their smoothies now and they have whey and soy Protein. I still there and pick whatever mood I'm in that gives me the most protein. I get a small with 16 grams protein. .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    I'm so happy for you! I'm 5 months post too and allllllmost 100 down post op 94 lbs down haven't got on since last week I'm hoping next time I get on a scale I will be at 100 down or 101-103 lol Enjoy your success! .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Question About Running?

    Yup!!!! It's hard to believe I'm almost at 100 lbs lost post op!!!! but I'm still aways away from my goal of 180. About another 85 pounds :/ but it's a marathon... Not a sprint .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Hi! I'm 94 lbs down since surgery and this week started jogging on the treadmill at the gym. Kinda freaky for me but I have been feeling like I want to run. So I finally went for it Sunday and have been jogging all week I feel like I look stupid and huge but thank God my knees don't hurt and take it well and I CAN do it:) I jog and walk jog and walk... Makes me feel accomplished! NSV for me:) never in my life did I think I would jogging! .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    Lol we just had this disagreement too! I HATE HATE HATE paying more than $5.00 for me to eat out I find myself ordering a side of cottage cheese. And it's a hard adjustment for the hubby because we always ate out. If we were shopping, going to the movies, on a date night, or just not in the mood to cook we ate out. But the funny part is I eat Wendy's chili all the time because its less than $2 and it's 17 grams of Protein. When we go out I look turnkey burgers to order the patty with cheese, I look for soups without bacon, I look for sides of shrimp, shrimp cocktails. Lots of luck! -Jenn .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    I haven't given up coffee all together with my crazy life and schedule I can't!!! I do half cafe and when at Starbucks I always order tall and order skinny anything or vanilla roba (decaf) .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.

    I have kaiser in so cal. I did the 3 month program started last week of January ended in April and had my surgery July 25th. Kaiser is organized but it's all you and your check list. If you have questions feel free to message me. Beautiful wedding pictures! .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.
  24. So I've been such a bad RNY patient. After I finished all my Vitamins I never bought new ones I've been taking multi, Prilosec, and Biotin. That's it. I also haven't drank any Protein drinks or bars. And have stopped my gym since holiday season. I'm still losing and not proud of my lack of any effort. So first thing I did today was go buy all my vitamins, chocolate protein and drank Water today. I need to tell on myself and have accountability for my lack of effort. Tomorrow I will continue and get back to the gym. I'm starting all over and need to kick into high gear. Thanks for reading and here's to a new year of great losing .::SurgeryDate 7/25/12::.
