I was at south sac kaiser aswell had surgery july 5th ... Dr machado is a great dr i worked with her for years for a long time she was the only dr in sac who dis the surgery

I thought i was the only one lost 41 pounds week 1-3 now in week 4 the scale is stuck im drinkin my fluids getting my protein im been so scared like the surgery failed thank god im not the only one.... All ur guys post motivate me and help me so much thanks for everyone being so open and honest

Thanks ya they want 60 grams of protien which im geting in with no problems juss never heard anyone talk about calories... -
Juss had shrimp for dinner im 4 weeks out dr says its fine...i juss cooked it with some onions and peppers took 3 to fill me up they r a great source of protien.

Im 4 weeks today and still struggle with protien although i can take more as the time goes on.. Water was hard for me too and i know a lot of ppl may get mad but my dr okd me to drink sugar free icees from 7-11 juss to make sure i was getting enough fluids.. Have u tried fluids other then water?

I love 7-11 sf strwberry banana juss gives u a lil variety and it sat fine with me no dumping or anything -
