1/4 toast with a little peanut butter. I've done ok with crackers but I'm gonna wait a few weeks before trying toast again. I was praying that's how bad our hurt.

Had my first stuck food, thought I was dying. The cramping and chest pain in waves was horrible. Took 35 minutes to pass. Surgery 10/11/12 PreOp weight 285 lbs Current weight 253 lbs

Todays day four. I am on full liquid diet now. Protein shakes make me bloat and upset my stomach. Creamed tomato soup was great. Been riding exerciser bike four miles a day and walking. Pain is almost completely gone only had one pain pill today.

Feeling better today, been walking and sipping water.Dr said if I pee I may go home today.

In moderate pain,just went for a walk,& now sitting up. Absolutely hate the catheter.

I'm on day ten,I can feel you. UGH, this is torture. -
I second guess several times a day. Sometimes its something someone says, I think I can do it on my own, scared, already missing food, hungry but I come back to reality. I've struggled my entire life with weight and am fortunate to get this opportunity. A lot of people can't do it so that keeps me in perspective. We can do it!!! I think doubt I'd natural. Stay strong.

Two week liquid diet, I can have up to four carnation instant breakfast no sugar added, broth,& sugar free jello or popsicles but only two a day

On day 9 of my liquid diet and I'm starving. Want to give in and eat so bad!!!
