SO I JUST FOUND OUT IM HAVING SURGERY AUGUST 15th IM SO SCARED, MY MIND'S TRYING TO TALK ME OUT OF IT. IM EXCITED BUT AM FILLED WITH ANXIETY IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO TO HELP. & I KNOW YOUR SUCCESS STORYS WILL HELP ME TOO!!

For people who already had surgery is there anyway to prevent loose skin or does it just come with loosing weight so quickly. is there certain exercises that can be done to prevent it, or at least help a little. I’m mostly worried about my belly I’m hoping to tight and tone everything as much as possible any suggestions/ or exercises. =) any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey Everyone, I was hoping to find some good answers I am about to get surgery in hopefully Sept. I have birth control in my arm (implanon) but i hered after surgery it dont work due to not absorbing or something to that affect, does anyone know if this is true? and how likely is it to get pregnant after surgery I hered that rises too? Can anyone Help? Thanks For You Help
